A Sense of Belonging
The children may grow up, but the bond they feel towards Club de l'Arche remains despite the fact that they are outgrowing the activities. That is why Club de l'Arche offers these teens the opportunity to stay involved through volunteering.
Social Engagement and Personal Development
In a warm and welcoming environment that encourages self-esteem and a sense of belonging, the 'aspiring' monitors are trained and supervised by the Club de l'Arche staff. It is an enriching, stimulating and fulfilling volunteer experience that inevitably impacts the rest of their lives.
