Created in 2007 with Emploi Québec, the Socio-professional Reinsertion Service gives those who have been out of work for a long period a chance to reintegrate into society. What most of them need is to regain confidence in their abilities or to acquire new knowledge and skills in a specific field. That is exactly what the Mission has set out to do.
Our first graduates have already begun to re-enter the workforce. Welcome Hall Mission and Emploi Québec are working together to resolve the root causes of vagrancy and poverty.
